proud to say that i’ve attended my first thursday wedding dinner.
strange as it is, tonight was a lovely night. kinda expected it since i’m finally seeing the awesome sentosa team after such a long time (ie 2 months :p).
little chats with P shld be made compulsory. only she’s able to get u excited about doing the cash section, getting review points from bosses and about life in general. thank You for giving me such a good concrete example of how salt and light would look like, and the senior i wanna be in the future.
had a good catchup with SK on the way home too. nine months has well and truly gone by. good and bad days, all have gone.
thinking back on all the updates at dinner, i marvel at just how much changed in the last 60 days. reminded once again that man holds nothing in his hands. we make grand plans, bank on our experience and trust our competence, yet is anything within our control?
this morning’s 2 chron passage came to mind. truly, what could be better or more worthwhile than seeking and serving Him wholeheartedly.
