full circle
tomorrow, i’m gonna have my first real junior at work. she’s joining the sentosa team, and i wouldn’t be surprised if she’s feeling overwhelmed / thrilled / worried / noobish tonight. feels like yesterday when i felt that (wait a minute, i still do.)
i particularly love the firm’s ‘put ourselves in each other’s shoes’ policy. just as lovely seniors have graciously put themselves in my shoes, i wanna pass it on too! i can’t do much, but Lord, pls help me do all I can :)
